Dec. 1: Sue Haswell Memorial Park to Host Holiday Magic 2006
Lights, music, fun, Santa and...snow...to mark annual event
Holiday lights, live musical performances and an appearance by Santa
Claus will highlight Holiday Magic 2006 on Friday, Dec. 1, 5:30
p.m.-8:30 p.m., at Sue Haswell Memorial Park in Bryan.
The free, annual holiday event is sponsored by the City of Bryan Parks &
Recreation Department, Mix 104.7, Aggie 96, 99.5 The Fox, and 103.1 La
Preciosa.
Holiday Magic 2006 will feature:
* Light displays
* Live music
* Free snacks and drinks (Sam's Club)
* Free climbing wall, bouncers and monster mural for kids
* Free photos with Santa Claus (Wendy's and Barker's Heating and
Cooling)
* Free Polar Express train rides (First Victoria)
* Free crafts (Children's Museum of the BV)
* Letters to Santa (Bryan Parks & Recreation)
* Games, prizes and lots of giveaways!
Snow!
It's the return of Artic Mountain, a snow-covered hill for sledding,
courtesy of Saturn of Aggieland, Artic Wolf Ice Center, First National
Bank, and RSC.

5:30 p.m. Welcome/Santa arrives
5:45 p.m. Bryan High School Jazz Ensemble
6:30 p.m. Reading of holiday story
6:45 p.m. Brazos Valley Troupe
7:20 p.m. SFA Middle School Choir
7:40 p.m. Brazos Valley Troupe
8:05 p.m. Bryan High School Chamber Orchestra
8:30 p.m. Grand prize giveaways, closing

Parking/Shuttle Service
While parking is available at Haswell Park, visitors are encouraged to
park at Blinn College and ride a shuttle bus to the event. Buses will
run every 15 minutes from 5 p.m. until 9 p.m.

7:30 p.m.-10 p.m. Carriage rides by Hidden Oasis Carriage
