MLK and Military intersection to close for utility work
 
The intersection of Martin Luther King Jr. Street and Military Street
will be closed Thursday and Friday to allow installation of water and
sanitary sewer lines. Traffic will be detoured away from the work area
during these two days.
 
The utility installation is part of Bryan's $3 million East Side
Transmission Project, that will provide direct connection and improved
flow between the city's east side and the downtown water pump station.
 
Total project completion date is August 2008.
