1. CALL TO ORDER (Room 305)
2. EXECUTIVE SESSION - The City Council has determined a necessity to
go into a closed to the public session under the provisions of Section
551, Texas Government Code, and the following topics may be discussed:
* under the authority of Section 551.087, deliberation regarding
economic development negotiations - discussion of offer of financial or
other incentives for development of an office facility in central Bryan;
and
* under the authority of Section 551.074, personnel matters -
discussion regarding duties and responsibilities of City Manager and
discussion of appointment of interim Mayor Pro Tem.

Receive public comment regarding a request to amend Chapter 130,
Zoning, of the City of Bryan Code of Ordinances, as amended, changing
the zoning classification from 'RD-5' Residential District-5000 to
'R-NC' Residential Neighborhood Conservation District for all lots in
the subdivision known as Forest Oaks, Bryan, Brazos County, Texas.
9. PUBLIC HEARING - REZONING REQUEST (RZ 07-18)

Receive public comment regarding a request to amend Chapter 130,
Zoning, of the City of Bryan Code of Ordinances, as amended, changing
the zoning classification from 'RD-5' Residential District-5000 to
'R-NC' Residential Neighborhood Conservation District for all lots in
the Oaks Addition, Third Installment, generally located between Barak
Lane and Briar Oaks Drive, west of Carter Creek Parkway in south central
Bryan, Brazos County, Texas.
10. PUBLIC HEARING - REZONING REQUEST (RZ 07-19)

Receive public comment regarding a request to amend Chapter 130,
Zoning, of the City of Bryan Code of Ordinances, as amended, by
approving an amended development plan modifying the range of permitted
land uses on approximately 60 acres of a previously approved 'PD-M'
Planned Development-Mixed Use zoning district, subject to development
requirements specified herein, being 340.541 acres of land out of
Richard Carter Survey, A-8 and J.W. Scott Survey, A-49 commonly known as
Park Hudson Development and located at the southwest corner of Boonville
Road (FM 158) and University Drive East (FM 60) in Bryan, Brazos County,
Texas.

repealing Ordinance Number 1624, adopted by the City Council pertaining
to classifications and number of positions in the Fire and Police
Departments pursuant to Chapter 143 of the Texas Local Government Code;
pertaining to classifications and positions in the Fire Department and
Police Department for 2007 Fiscal Year; abolishing one Chief
Inspector/Arson Investigator position and replacing it with one Fire
Inspector position in the Bryan Fire Department.
