Carnegie Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony

 

 

Bryan-College Station, TX - The Downtown Bryan Economic Development Association (DBEDA) is pleased to announce that the annual Carnegie Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony will take place on the steps of the Carnegie Library located at 111 South Main Street in historic Downtown Bryan on Tuesday, November 20th, 2007 at 5:30 p.m.   The ceremony is hosted by The Friends of The Library and The Library Committee of the Woman's Club. Entertainment and music will be provided by the Aggie Swing Cats and members of The Theatre Company. Santa Claus will make an appearance and stay for pictures.  Refreshments will be served at the Carnegie Center of Brazos Valley History.  Special thanks to the following for their support: City of Bryan, BTU, First National Bank, Conlee-Garrett Moving & Storage, LaSalle Hotel & Café, and the DBEDA Events & Tourism Committee.
