The entire Bryan City Council has been invited to attend the
Intergovernmental Committee (IGC) meeting of January 22, 2008, at 12:00
noon at the Brazos Valley Council of Governments, Center for Regional
Services, Board Room, 3991 East 29th Street, Bryan, Texas.  The agenda
for the Intergovernmental Committee meeting follows:

 

1.      Call to order

2.      Presentation, discussion and possible action regarding current
status and recent progress associated with the Brazos Valley Wide Area
Communications System and the Public Safety Interoperability
Communications Grant - Kenny Mallard and Ben Roper

3.      Presentation, discussion and possible action regarding current
status and recent progress associated with the following IGC
subcommittees and other Committee interests:

a.       Community Response to a Pandemic - Ron Gay

b.      Animal Control Ordinance - James Massey

c.       Community Emergency Operations Center - Kenny Mallard and James
Massey

d.      Interstate 69 - Michael Parks

e.       Regional Purchasing Group -Tom Wilkinson and Roger Dempsey

4.      Presentation, discussion and possible action regarding future
areas of collaboration for future agenda items

5.      Adjourn
