<p class=MsoNormal>On July 12, 2010, the Bryan Police Department’s Criminal
Investigations Division arrested Jacob Hernandez, a 20 year old resident from
Bryan, Texas, for two counts of Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity.
Hernandez was arrested based on a direct indictment obtained by the Bryan
Police Department in connection with the murder of Christopher Hutchson on May
9, 2010. Hernandez is currently in jail at the Brazos County Sheriff’s
Office. <o:p></o:p></p>

<p class=MsoNormal>This investigation is ongoing and Hernandez is the fourth
arrest in conjunction with the homicide investigation.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal>Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity is a First Degree Felony
which is punishable with a confinement from 5 to 99 years or life in prison;
and an optional fine not to exceed $10,000. <o:p></o:p></p>

<p class=MsoNormal>On May 9, 2010, at 1:54 am, The Bryan Police Department was
dispatched to 300 block of West 17<sup>th</sup> Street for an unknown
problem. Upon arrival, officers located a deceased male behind a
residential house. The Bryan Police Department’s Criminal Investigation
Division and the Crime Scene Unit responded to the scene to investigate.
The Bryan Police Department is investigating this case as a
homicide. <o:p></o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal>The deceased has been identified as Christopher Hutchson, 17
years old Bryan resident.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal>This investigation is ongoing and more information will be
released at a later time. The Bryan Police Department urges anyone who
